I learned about this tea from a library book which suggested it is a good tea to have with food. And it is. I enjoy it that way but it is also a good sipping tea with a lot of character. In fact, I'm going to make some right now! Delicious.
Houjicha green tea is a great alternative to other green teas available if you don't like grassiness but still want to enjoy the benefits of green tea. Houjicha has a beautiful, toasted aroma and smooth taste. I love it.

This is my absolute Fav Perfect South tea. It's subtly sweet and fragrant. Perfect to enjoy after a meal, but honestly, I'm happy to drink it at any time of day. Will definitely be buying this one again.
