Kukicha (koo-key-cha) is a delight.  It’s soft, has a hint of sweetness, and is a pretty, pale-gold colour in the cup. Grassy and light, both the leaves and stalks are used in this style of Australian green tea. Kukicha is perfect for anyone who likes a refreshing, mellow tea throughout the day.  It’s also equally as nice served chilled and makes a good base for iced green tea. In other words, it’s delicious and we only offer this beauty in small batches.

Australian green tea. Contains some caffeine. No artificial flavours added.

Serve: 1 teaspoon per cup of water (250ml)
Water temperature: 70° – 80°
Steeping time: 3 minutes (no longer!)

Remove leaves from pot before drinking. Never use boiling water when brewing.

I really enjoy this tea. I was looking for an alternative to coffee and was new to green tea. It’s very light, easy to drink and has a very clean but slightly sweet taste. I enjoy it both hot and cold.

An absolutely beautiful tea. Very delicate, I love to have it in the afternoons. I also love that it is Australian and very high quality!
