Pear tart and vanilla shortbread
Australian sencha green tea dusted with matcha powder and blended with pear and hazelnuts, and natural vanilla flavours. This is a decadent tea with enticing flavours of baked pear tart and vanilla shortbread – because who doesn’t like fresh baked goods?!
INGREDIENTS
100g of Australian green tea, matcha powder, pear and hazelnut pieces, and natural vanilla flavours. Local and imported ingredients used. Contains nuts and caffeine. No artificial flavours added.
We don’t use synthetic chemicals or sprays to add flavour to our tea – yuck! Sometimes we use naturally extracted flavours that have been crystallised into tiny grains that dissolve in hot water and release natural flavour. Or we use a drop of natural liquid flavour or a natural essence. In other words, there’s no nasties in our tea.
HOW TO BREW
Serve: 1 teaspoon per cup of water (250ml)
Water temperature: 80°
Steeping time: 3 minutes (no longer!)
Remove leaves from pot before drinking. Never use boiling water when brewing.
